Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Advalora Consulting ("Advalora", "we", "us") collects through advaloraconsulting.com (the "Site"), how it is used, who we share it with, and the choices available to you. This Site is viewed by visitors worldwide, so this policy is written with international users — including those in the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA) — in mind.

This page is a general-purpose template reflecting common practice and is not legal advice. Given the global reach of the Site, we recommend it be reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on it, particularly for GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA applicability.

1.Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you submit the Discovery Call form, we collect your name, role, company, work email, phone number, and a description of your licensing challenge. We collect only what you choose to enter.

Information collected automatically. We use a cookieless analytics service (see Section 3) that reports aggregate visit counts, page views, referring sites, device/browser type, and your approximate country of origin — derived from your IP address at the time of the request, which is not stored by the analytics provider. We do not use tracking cookies, and we do not build individual visitor profiles.

2.How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to Discovery Call requests and correspond with you about a potential engagement.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how many people visit the Site, which pages they view, and roughly where in the world they are visiting from — so we can gauge interest and improve the Site.
  • We do not use your information for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with data brokers.

3.Cookies & Analytics

This Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Site analytics are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first measurement tool that does not use cookies or any persistent client-side identifiers to track you across visits or across websites. It reports aggregate, non-identifying metrics only (visit counts, page views, referrers, country-level location, device type).

The Discovery Call form on this Site is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service that receives your submission and forwards it to our inbox by email. Web3Forms acts as our data processor for this purpose only; we do not grant it any other use of your data. Their own privacy practices are available at web3forms.com.

4.Sharing & Disclosure

We share information only with the processors named in Section 3, who act on our behalf and under our instructions, and where required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or lawful government request. We do not otherwise sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party.

5.International Visitors & Data Transfers

Advalora is based in Mumbai, India. If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the UK, California, or elsewhere outside India, information you submit through the Discovery Call form may be transferred to and processed in India and in the countries where our processors (Web3Forms, Cloudflare) operate their infrastructure. By using the Site and submitting the form, you understand that your information may be processed outside your home jurisdiction.

6.Data Retention

We retain Discovery Call submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7). Aggregate analytics data does not identify you personally and is retained per Cloudflare's standard analytics retention practice.

7.Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email amrith.pujarie@advaloraconsulting.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8.Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us, including relying on established third-party processors with their own security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

10.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
